Lightness, freshness, tastiness - easy drinkability - are their goals. They’re making real breakthroughs. It´s a healthy change, pushing boundaries. The past was constricted by excessive conformity. It´s an exciting time to be a winemaker in South Africa. It´s an even more exciting time to be a wine drinker."
